Golden Eagle Captured attacking a Sika deer on video

We have received today a images captured by a static video camera set in a remote forest region in Eastern Russia to track Siberian tigers. However, to the complete surprise of everyone instead of images of a tiger, instead the camera captured a female golden eagle attacking a Sika deer. Scientists who were monitoring the camera have now established that the eagle eventually killed the deer. Golden eagles are well know to predate small deer, but it is rare for such predation to be captured by a camera.
