Buzzards now king of the quarries

The RSPB and CEMEX UK have carried out a study which shown that quarry sites throughout the UK are great places for birds of prey. The survey – carried out by quarry managers – shows that buzzards are the most common birds of prey to be found in quarries, having overtaken kestrels since the last survey.     Does that mean gamekeepers with Buzzard Cull Licenses will be able to go into quarries and cull Peregrine Falcons…by mistake!
