Wuthering Moors 22 – latest in this fiasco resulting from Natural England’s failure to prosecute this estate for 43 alleged breaches of environmental legislation.

Follow the link below to Mark Avery’s blog, Standing up for Nature, where you are able to read the latest information highlighting in more detail Natural England’s U-Turn and failure to take the Walshaw Moor Estate to court for 43 alleged breaches of environmental legislation.. Learn how over £1,000,000 of tax payers money has been poured down the drain by Natural England, and to add insult to injury there are strong  rumours that  NE are now obliged to offer Walshaw estate an HLS agreement worth an additional £1.25 million over 10 years, further tax payers money wasted. All this money could have been spent instead  trying to preserve the hen harrier, now it will be used to line the pockets of solicitors, barristers and the owner of the Walshaw Moor estate. http://markavery.info/2012/07/11/wuthering-moors-21-2/#comments

Another sign that this government with its ministers can try and get away with total corruption. Mark Avery is the champion here but where are the 1 million members of the RSPB and their staff especially the head man. Is he waiting for his knight hood like the last one! Do not ‘rock the boat’!!!

Is there no way that a private prosecution can be brought?

Editor’s Comment. Almost certainly this would be possible, but have you got a couple of million pounds to fund it?

Nothing will change until the party of the bankers, gentry etc. are out of power.
